About The Role
As a Barista, you will be an enthusiastic and energetic individual focused on improving our operations and guest service levels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-prepared service area.
- Taking customer orders accurately.
- Operating coffee-making equipment.
- Preparing and presenting beverages according to established standards.
- Processing purchases using the POS system.
- Collecting payments from customers.
- Complying with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Completing tasks within the set time frames and standards.

Skills & Experience
Ideal candidates will have:
- A current SA RSA.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista.
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Availability for a flexible 7-day roster including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
