A professional sales representative is required to work in Patchi chocolate boutiques, possessing excellent communication skills and a sales experience of not less than two years. The candidate must be able to work within a team and achieve the required sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service. Key responsibilities include: • Welcoming customers and providing assistance and professional advice • Displaying products and explaining their features in a professional manner • Completing sales transactions and managing the cash register • Organizing and arranging displays and replenishing stock • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the sales area • Preparing daily sales reports • Participating in regular inventory checks • Following up on customer complaints and resolving them effectively.
