Job description for an installation engineer
1. Equipment Installation: Responsible for installing smart lock equipment. Ensures the equipment is installed correctly according to design requirements and technical standards.
2. Construction Management: During the installation process, responsible for construction progress and quality, ensuring that the installation process complies with specifications and relevant safety standards.
3. Technical Support: Providing technical support during the installation process, resolving technical issues encountered during the installation, and ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.
4. Commissioning and Testing: After the installation is complete, commissioning and testing to ensure that the equipment can operate normally and meets design requirements. Adjusting and optimizing parameters to ensure the equipment performs ideally.
5. Safety Management: During the installation process, compliance with safety regulations to ensure the safety of the workplace and employees. Identifying potential safety hazards and addressing them in a timely manner to prevent accidents.
6. Documentation: Recording the installation process to ensure that the project has complete technical documentation support.
7. Customer Communication: Communicating with customers, understanding their needs, providing timely feedback on installation progress, offering usage guidance, and ensuring that customers can use and maintain the equipment properly.
8. After-Sales Support: Providing after-sales maintenance support, addressing equipment malfunctions that occur post-installation, conducting regular inspections and maintenance, and ensuring stable long-term operation of the equipment.
