Position Description
We are currently searching for an Office Assistant & HR Support to join our team in our Riyadh office. This is a 100% office-based position. As an Office Assistant, you will mainly:
- Organize and maintain office common areas and resolve office-related issues.
- Monitor supply inventory, handle shortages, and maintain office equipment.
- Receive, sort, and distribute communications and shipments, including coordinating IT equipment.
- Assist in organizing events and booking travel arrangements.
- Follow up with the accounting team on monthly office financial closings.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives.
- Handle employee requests regarding HR policies.
- Conduct orientations for new employees and assist in the onboarding process.
