Job Overview:
We are looking for a cashier to join our team to manage cash financial operations accurately and securely. The role of the cashier will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations, including cash and expense management, and achieving daily financial balance.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving payments from customers and providing receipts.
• Executing cash withdrawal and deposit operations in accordance with financial policies.
• Verifying the cash balance and providing a daily report on financial transactions.
• Handling cash operations within the company's financial system.
• Conducting financial transfers between accounts.
• Cooperating with other financial teams to ensure transaction accuracy.

Requirements:

• The candidate must be of Saudi nationality.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or any related specialization.
• Previous experience in money management or working as a cashier (preferred).
• Strong mathematical skills and accuracy in handling money.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage time.
• Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers.

Working Hours:
8 hours daily in two shifts:
🔸 From 8 AM to 12 PM
🔸 And from 4 PM to 8 PM

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting month-end activities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and process incoming vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
• Ensure invoices are properly authorized and coded in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare and process payments via checks, bank transfers, or other payment methods.
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies when needed.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain up-to-date vendor records.
• Assist in month-end closing by providing AP reports and account analysis.
• Maintain and organize AP files and documentation for audit and compliance.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment/invoice issues.
• Support the finance department with other accounting tasks as required.
