Job Summary:
Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages of high quality, providing customer service efficiently and professionally, while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area and adhering to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing beverages according to approved recipes.
Receiving orders and effectively interacting with customers.
Cleaning and maintaining equipment and the work area.
Managing payments and issuing invoices.
Adhering to health standards and general policies.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in coffee preparation (preferred).
Knowledge of types of coffee and beverages.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
