Join the King Fahad Cultural Center as a Finance & Procurement Manager!

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the Finance and Procurement Manager role at King Fahad Cultural Center. A renowned global venue operator is looking to build a highly motivated team to support its operations at a newly refurbished venue in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. King Fahad Cultural Center (KFCC) features a 2750-seat main auditorium and will present world-class productions across multiple genres. With its state-of-the-art facilities, KFCC is set to become a leading venue for cultural activities in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and transparency of financial accounting systems.
• Create flexible organizational budgets, analyze financial data, and implement financial controls.
• Prepare and present financial operations and strategic planning.
• Work closely with FD and GM to ensure healthy cash flow and financial security.
• Manage the venue procurement activities.
• Implement finance policies and procedures, ensuring transparency and robustness.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of venue ticketing system with service providers.
• Manage annual budgets and prepare monthly management accounts.
• Support the financial management of external event promoters.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in finance management with experience in cash flow and year-end accounts.
• Formal accounting qualification (SOCPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Over five years of experience in accountant or finance manager roles.
• Knowledge of the events venue industry is required.
• Excellent analytical skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• GCC work experience is preferable.
