Role Summary: You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the cash office, providing administrative support to the store management team. Your primary tasks will include identifying and resolving cash discrepancies, ensuring operational compliance, and completing various organizational duties accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist store management with weekly and monthly audit checklists.
  • Oversee the operation of office and POS equipment, ensuring preventive maintenance.
  • Manage daily cash banking and balance all daily revenues.
  • Update Daily Sales Report (DSR) for finance, highlighting discrepancies.
  • Act as custodian for petty cash and cash float.
  • Ensure in-store equipment meets customer experience standards.
  • Report system and facility management issues to the concerned department.
  • Order office supplies and maintain stock levels within budget.


Requirements:
  • High School Certificate.
  • 2 years of experience in retail, cash handling, and secretarial roles.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a cashier, preferably in an FMCG or logistics company.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working in an ERP environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
