We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team, responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to understand and effectively communicate our products/services to potential customers. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations • Negotiate contracts and close deals • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system • Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
