Position Summary
This entry-level full-time position will primarily focus on driving sales, service, and operations while building strong relationships with clients and team members. The ideal candidate will ensure quality customer service, maintain the Boutique's ambiance, and manage inventories effectively.

A Day in the Life of a Coffee Specialist:

• Achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Welcome customers and assess their needs.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized Boutique.
• Participate in team briefings and coaching sessions.
• Educate customers about Nespresso products and assist them in their selection.
• Maximize product sales and manage customer records efficiently.

What Will Make You Successful:

• 1 year of experience in hotel, catering, sales, or retail.
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Punctual and disciplined.
