The required job responsibilities for a mediator or governmental procedures officer in the hospitality unit reservation company include the following:
1. Follow-up on governmental procedures:
• Review different governmental departments (such as municipalities, passports, social insurance, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Tourism Authority).
• Finalizing licensing renewal transactions, obtaining permits, and renewing commercial records.
2. Managing official transactions:
• Preparing the required documents to be submitted to official entities.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all papers before submitting them.
3. Following up on updates and laws:
• Continuously checking on laws and updates related to governmental procedures pertinent to the company.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
4. Representing the company before governmental entities:
• Communicating with governmental entities to resolve any issues the company may face.
• Building good working relationships with representatives of official entities.
5. Supporting internal departments:
• Providing assistance to internal departments in the company to obtain information or official papers from governmental entities.
• Following up on residence requests and renewing them for the company's employees.
6. Time management and adherence to deadlines:
• Ensuring transactions are completed within the specified timeframe.
• Following up on the status of submitted transactions and informing management of any delays or issues.
7. Performing field tasks:
• Moving between different governmental departments and companies related to the company's work.
• Ensuring the documents are delivered to the relevant entities accurately and securely.
8. Documentation and reports:
• Keeping an electronic and paper copy of all transactions.
• Preparing periodic reports for management on the status of transactions and the completed procedures.
9. Working with e-government platforms:
• Using platforms such as Absher, Muqeem, Baladi, and others to complete transactions electronically.
• Following up on transaction progress through electronic systems.
10. Resolving administrative disputes:
• Following up and resolving issues related to transactions or documents in cooperation with governmental entities.
11. Following up on the company's fieldwork
