Sales Representative

The sales and marketing coordinator plays an important role centered around supporting the sales and marketing team in implementing administrative and office tasks, such as managing correspondence, preparing documents, loading negotiated prices into the system, and assisting the team in the process of selling services. The coordinator also serves as a link between customers and management to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service.

Administrative Tasks:



·      Providing support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and assisting in preparing presentations and promotional offers.

·      Managing the order processing cycle, including receiving and reviewing customer orders, checking product availability, and ensuring sales are completed on time.

·      Responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, handling customer complaints or issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

·      Issuing quotes and maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, tracking sales activities and performance indicators, and assisting in analyzing sales data.

·      Coordinating with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure the integrity of the sales process.

·      Assisting in implementing the sales plan, supporting sales campaigns and promotional activities.

·      Using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program to manage customer information, track sales activities, and create reports.

·      Performing general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining files and records, and scheduling appointments.

·      Managing customer accounts.

·      Maintaining customer records and assessing their satisfaction and collecting feedback.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality
• English language is a basic requirement
