Maintenance Manager

A maintenance manager is required with at least 3 years of experience in managing coffee machine maintenance, with a high ability to lead and manage the technical work team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key tasks: • Managing and directing the maintenance team and defining tasks and responsibilities • Establishing and implementing periodic and preventive maintenance programs • Analyzing maintenance costs and preparing periodic reports • Coordinating with suppliers and managing spare parts and equipment • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards and work procedures • Developing and updating maintenance policies and procedures • Monitoring equipment performance and identifying development and upgrade needs, searching for contracts that contribute to increasing the company's sales.
