The overall goal of the job:

To conduct cash and card sales transactions, issue invoices, and ensure the accuracy of financial operations at the point of sale, while providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Completing financial transactions:
• Receiving cash payments and credit cards and ensuring their accuracy.
• Recording sales in the accounting system and issuing invoices and receipts for customers.
• Daily matching of financial amounts with accounting reports.
2. Customer Service:
• Welcoming customers with a smile and treating them with respect and professionalism.
• Answering customer inquiries regarding prices, offers, and payment methods.
• Handling any complaints or inquiries related to payment transactions or invoices.
3. Organizing work at the point of sale:
• Ensuring the availability of invoices, guarantee papers, and promotional offers at the point of sale.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier's counter.
• Reporting any issues in the accounting system or electronic payment devices.
4. Preparing daily financial reports:
• Preparing a daily sales report and the amounts received.
• Ensuring that actual cash matches the recorded data in the system.
• Reporting any financial errors or shortages in amounts.

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or diploma in accounting or business administration (preferred).
• Previous experience in retail or working as a cashier.
• Good knowledge of using point-of-sale (POS) systems and accounting software.
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling money.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to set working hours.

Job Title: Sales Employee (Experience 25 years)

Objective: Achieving sales targets by selling products, building relationships with customers, and increasing customer loyalty to the company.

Tasks:
• Promote and sell products/services and achieve sales targets.
• Provide consultations to customers and understand their needs.
• Negotiate and close deals to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers post-sale and maintain long-term relationships.
• Prepare periodic reports and update the customer database.
• Monitor the market and competitors to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience of 25 years in sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and modern sales technologies.
