Role Overview:
The FMCG Sales Manager will primarily focus on brands directly related to the market, driving sales growth and expanding market share. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in the FMCG sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and developing targeted strategies to enhance our brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies specifically designed to increase market penetration for brands directly related to the FMCG market.
- Manage and oversee sales activities within the assigned territory, with a particular focus on market-driven brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets for market-related brands.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and expenses, ensuring alignment with market demands.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: At least three years focused on market-driven FMCG brands.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration & marketing
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in market-related brands.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the FMCG industry, particularly in the Saudi markets, with a focus on brands that resonate directly with consumers.
- Other: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work outside regular business hours if necessary.
