- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for MD and Directors.
- Prepare written communications, reports, and presentations.
- Support internal and external stakeholder management.
- Assist with administrative needs and special projects.
- Plan and organize team events and workshops.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
