About the Role
As an Executive Assistant at ENOWA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the department’s Managing Director and senior management team. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for MD and Directors.
  • Prepare written communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Support internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Assist with administrative needs and special projects.
  • Plan and organize team events and workshops.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
