Job Purpose:
Asteri Beauty is currently seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our luxury beauty store in Tabuk. Taking pride in the coaching and development of frontline teams, the Store Manager will be geared towards exceptional customer service and operational excellence. They will be responsible for the overall performance, recruitment, and operational management as well as inventory management, creating and executing an agile business plan to attract customers through customer centricity and relationship management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment of best-in-class team who will deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Management of store operations to achieve sales objectives and operational key performance indicators.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports to maximize stock potential.
  • Regular coaching of sales team on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Hands-on sales leadership; participate actively on the sales floor.
  • Maintain staffing levels consistent with operational needs, prepare schedules, and ensure adequate shift coverage.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and in-store events through communication with regional management.
  • Manage store inventory and stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure operational excellence in compliance with regional culture and local legislation through training initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Proven retail management experience within the GCC retail beauty industry.
  • Extensive experience with customer and sales service targets.
  • Retail operations experience with inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
