Job Summary:
The Senior Estimating Engineer will prepare detailed cost estimates, conduct cost analysis, and collaborate with various disciplines to ensure precise project execution. As a Lead Estimator, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing estimation methods and procedures.
• Creating and maintaining a database of unit rates.
• Reviewing contractor estimates.
• Producing reports as needed.

Major Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review service and capital cost estimates.
• Establish pricing structures and participate in value engineering.
• Support the development of estimating standards.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with 10 years of relevant professional experience in project controls and estimating.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
In-depth understanding of estimating processes, strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft and scheduling software applications, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.

Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields with 10 to 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in a relevant position within a large company.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to process complex data.
• Experience in the KSA/GCC region is highly valued.
• Knowledge of cost management standards and various estimation methods.
