Job Purpose:
The Driver Operator reports to the Captain and is responsible for safely driving fire and rescue vehicles to emergencies. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating pumps, aerial devices, and other mechanical equipment.
• Maintaining tools and inventory of equipment.
• Keeping assigned apparatus clean and ready for action.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in operational efficiency of the fire and rescue service.
• Possess knowledge of mechanical principles in fire service operations.
• Maintain records of duties and report any issues with equipment.
• Attend training courses and perform firefighting duties as needed.
• Adapt to working locations as directed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Age: 21
• 3 years’ experience as a Firefighter (including 2 years as a driver) for Saudi Nationals; 5 years’ experience for expatriates.
• Saudi Arabia Heavy Duty Driving License.
• NFPA certifications required.
