Join Enova Facilities Management Services *** as a Purchasing Officer! We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for procurement to become part of our team. In this role, you will support the bidding process and ensure compliance with established standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the bidding process and documentation while ensuring compliance with approved standards.
• Prepare and organize requests for proposals and quotations from suppliers.
• Evaluate competing offers from suppliers/vendors and determine optimal terms and conditions for materials and services.
• Maintain a preferred supplier list based on the organization's quality, price, specifications, and delivery/payment terms and make recommendations to the direct manager.
• Handle annual maintenance contracts by gathering requirements from the site such as scope of work, service level agreement, and coordinating site visits.
• Analyze and monitor market practices including comparative pricing and identify priority spending areas to optimize costs.
• Coordinate with key suppliers to build effective partnerships and assist in the negotiation process.
• Communicate with internal departments to identify procurement needs, specifications, and quantities, ensuring timely material purchases.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices in coordination with accounts payable.
• Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business, or commerce.
• A qualification in purchasing is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement and contracts, preferably within facility management.

Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Lifeguard to join our team at L’azure Hospitality, which manages several luxury resorts in Saudi Arabia, including our premier property in Sharma. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests in both pool and beach areas at our resorts. You will enforce safety regulations, respond to emergencies, and provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor both the pool and beach areas at the resort to ensure the safety of all guests and enforce relevant safety rules and regulations.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies, administering first aid or CPR as needed.
• Maintain constant surveillance of pool and beach activities, identifying potential hazards and addressing them immediately.
• Provide clear instructions to guests regarding pool and beach safety procedures.
• Ensure all safety equipment is properly maintained and readily available.
• Assist in keeping the pool and beach areas clean and free from hazards.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests by addressing inquiries and ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Ensure proper safety protocols are in place at all times, including during special events or high-traffic periods.
• Record incidents and pool/beach activities as required for safety and operational purposes.
• Work closely with other resort teams to ensure guests’ safety and satisfaction throughout their stay.

Qualifications:

• Strong swimming skills with extensive knowledge of water safety techniques.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Lifeguard certification, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Previous lifeguard experience in pool and beach environments is a plus.
• Experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on the operational needs of the resorts.
• Ability to work in a remote area, adapting to a unique and dynamic work environment.
