- Managing accounting activities: Supervising all daily accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial transaction records.
- Preparing financial reports: Preparing budgets and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and providing analyses for senior management.
- Ensuring financial compliance: Ensuring compliance with local and international financial laws and regulations.
- Managing invoices and payments: Monitoring customer accounts and ensuring timely receipt of payments.
- Preparing budgets and cost planning: Developing financial plans and budgets and analyzing variances between actual and projected costs.
- Managing the accounts team: Guiding and supporting the accounting team to ensure quality and accuracy of work.
- Cooperating with other departments: Providing financial support and ensuring budget alignment with overall objectives.
- Analyzing financial performance: Providing suggestions to improve profits and reduce costs.
- Long-term financial planning: Developing strategic plans to support the company's growth over the long term.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Extensive practical experience in accounting.
- Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to prepare reports.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Team management skills and effective communication.
