About the Role
As a Security Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing day-to-day airport operations and ensuring security functions meet the highest standards. You will lead a talented team focused on operational efficiency and prompt response to incidents, while also developing comprehensive security strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the implementation of the National Aviation Program.
Oversee daily airport operations and security functions.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage and lead the operations team for high performance.
Develop and implement 247 airport security coverage strategies.
Coordinate responses to operational challenges and incidents.
Administer division budgets and recommend policies for security operations.
Prepare operational reports, including performance metrics and incident analyses.
Maintain record of incidents and facilitate reporting procedures.

Requirements

Must be a Saudi National.
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Security Management, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in aviation security or airport operations, including 3 years in a supervisory position.
Proficient in MS Office products.
In-depth knowledge of airport security programs and emergency procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
