Join Hilton as a Housekeeping Team Leader! In this vital role, you will oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure a fantastic Guest and Member experience. You will be responsible for evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction and monitor trends for continuous improvement.
  • Manage departmental budgets through effective cost controls.
  • Set targets, work schedules, and policies.
  • Inspect fixtures and appliances to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Train and monitor the Housekeeping/Laundry Team's performance.
  • Maintain good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage staff performance within company policies.
  • Recruit and develop the Housekeeping/Laundry team.

Requirements:
  • Housekeeping/laundry experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of managing a large team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a commitment to customer service.
  • IT proficiency and intermediate computer skills.
