Join SEK International Schools as an IT Specialist! We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide exceptional technical support while ensuring the operability and maintenance of our school's technological infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:
Education and Experience: Degree in Computer Engineering or similar, with 35 years of technical support experience in educational settings.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft 365, server administration, network management tools, and ticketing systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Technical Support (N1 and N2): Resolve hardware and software technical issues for teachers, administrative staff, students, and families.
- Systems and Network Management (Mainly N2): Manage Microsoft 365, server maintenance, and monitor information security.
- Inventory and Equipment Management: Oversee technological equipment maintenance, warranties, and classroom functionality.
- Troubleshooting and Incident Escalation: Diagnose recurring technical problems and improve incident management documentation.
- Onboarding and Training: Prepare workstations and assist in training users on technological tools.
