Role Summary:
The Project Manager, Delivery oversees logistics-related projects from inception to completion. This entails ensuring all projects align with organizational goals while managing cross-functional teams to execute on timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans that outline the scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage budgets and allocate resources proficiently.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across functions and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project operations.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and create contingency plans.
• Execution & Monitoring: Lead day-to-day project activities while ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Quality & Compliance: Uphold company standards and regulations.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage vendor relationships and keep stakeholders informed.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide regular status updates and analytics to leadership.
• Team Leadership: Guide and develop project teams effectively.
• Process Improvement: Continuously enhance logistics processes.
• Data Analysis: Analyze outcomes to improve future project execution.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications: Preferably PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in logistics or project management.
• Skills: Strong understanding of logistics processes, proficiency in project management tools, and excellent organizational skills.
