Job Summary:
The Senior Estimating Engineer will prepare detailed cost estimates, conduct cost analysis, and collaborate with various disciplines to ensure precise project execution. As a Lead Estimator, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing estimation methods and procedures.
• Creating and maintaining a database of unit rates.
• Reviewing contractor estimates.
• Producing reports as needed.

Major Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review service and capital cost estimates.
• Establish pricing structures and participate in value engineering.
• Support the development of estimating standards.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with 10 years of relevant professional experience in project controls and estimating.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
In-depth understanding of estimating processes, strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft and scheduling software applications, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.

We are looking for a highly qualified Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and contribute to the strategic direction of our company in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.

Position Requirements:

• Nationality: Applicants must be Jordanian, Saudi, Egyptian, Palestinian, Syrian, Yemeni, or other Arab nationalities.
• Iqama: Must have a valid and transferrable Iqama.
• Experience: At least 6+ years of experience in a Finance Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Prepare and monitor financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis to guide decision-making and improve company financial performance.
• Supervise and lead the finance team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
• Provide financial advice and strategic input to senior management.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure financial control and efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities when needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior financial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
