Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit a best-in-class team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Manage store operations to achieve sales objectives and KPIs align with the brand’s vision.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, reporting insights to maximize stock potential.
- Coach the sales team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintain adequate staffing levels to provide exceptional service at all times.
- Manage inventory and stock levels to meet operational guidelines.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven retail management experience in the GCC beauty industry.
- Strong background in customer service and sales targets.
- Experience with inventory and cash reconciliation management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
