We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to manage all Financial & Controlling Activities for the NEOM Project, which involves EPC, Development, and OM activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all accounting activities ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing processes.
• Manage OPEX & CAPEX budgeting for operational and investment activities.
• Establish strong professional relationships with external partners including banks and auditors.
• Handle all tax returns and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in financial management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP).

Preferred Qualifications:

• FMVA certification (Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst).
• Experience with a Big Four accounting firm.
