نبحث عن مدير فرع متميز للمشاركة في وضع وإعداد أهداف الفرع وفق توجهات واستراتيجيات الجهة. إن هذا الدور يتضمن إدارة وتخطيط وتنظيم أعمال الفرع وضمان توافر كافة الموارد المطلوبة لضمان سير العمليات اليومية بسلاسة.
المسؤوليات:

المشاركة في تطوير الخطط والأهداف الخاصة بالفرع.
تطوير ومتابعة تنفيذ البرامج والمشاريع بما يحقق أعلى مستويات الكفاءة.
الإشراف على سير العمليات والإجراءات والتأكد من الالتزام بالسياسات المعتمدة.
بناء علاقات عمل مع شركاء العمل الخارجيين.
الإشراف على أداء الموظفين وتطوير برامج الموارد البشرية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

البكالوريوس في الإدارة العامة أو إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو البرمجة وعلوم الحاسب أو الهندسة الميكانيكية.
خبرة 5 سنوات في إدارة المكاتب القانونية والشركات.
شهادات مهنية مثل SPHR-CA، CQM، PMI.

المهارات:

مهارات الإدارة والتنظيم.
قدرات إشرافية ومراقبة.
مهارات في تحمل المسؤولية والعمل بكفاءة.

اللغات:

العربية: متقدم
الإنجليزية: متقدم
الفرنسية: متقدم
