  • Develop the annual operating budget and provide analytical support for cost-saving initiatives.
  • Conduct ROI analysis for capital projects and assess financial outcomes.
  • Oversee cash flow management and financial controls related to inventory and disbursements.
  • Participate in rate reviews and sales strategy meetings to optimize hotel revenues.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and journal vouchers.
  • Support the audit process and ensure adherence to financial regulations.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, particularly in the hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and excellent skills in MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
