About the Role:
As the Director of Finance & Business Support at IHG, you will play a crucial role in directing the financial operations of the hotel, ensuring the security of the company's assets and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Join us in creating sophisticated experiences that enrich the lives of our guests while driving profitability for the hotel.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Financial Returns: Manage receivables, payables, credit, payroll, and cash handling functions. Prepare financial analyses and recommendations to achieve business goals.
  • Cash Flow Performance: Maximize hotel cash flow through internal controls and proper budgeting.
  • People Management: Lead and train hotel accounting staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools to perform effectively.
  • Guest Experience: Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Responsible Business: Conduct daily operations efficiently, recommend staffing actions as necessary, and communicate effectively with all departments.

What We Need From You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
  • 48 years of experience in hotel accounting or auditing, including supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting management and hotel renovations preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; other languages are beneficial.
