Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach the front office team to enhance guest experiences.
- Engage with guests to build personal relationships and resolve complaints effectively.
- Conduct regular front office inspections and ensure adherence to hospitality standards.
- Assist in budget preparation and explore ways to drive revenue from walk-ins.
- Train team members on procedures and manage emergencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Front Office/Guest Services, with management experience.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
