Join our team as a Human Resources Operation Specialist!
We are looking for a skilled professional to implement and oversee employee attendance monitoring procedures. You will play a vital role in applying leave policies and assisting employees with their inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute systems and procedures for monitoring employee attendance and various leave types.
  • Implement company leave policies and keep detailed records of promotions and various employee incidents.
  • Address staff complaints and inquiries professionally, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate employee information and document important HR processes and reports according to company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Executive Secretarial.
  • Certificates such as Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) are an advantage.
  • Advanced Arabic language skills; proficiency in English and Urdu is a plus.
Work Conditions:
  • Flexible work hours and a commitment of 6 days per week.
