As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of the company’s products to assigned customers, while providing invaluable feedback on competition activities within your area. This role is integral to our account management team and requires a proactive approach to customer engagement.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of the company’s products to assigned customers, while providing invaluable feedback on competition activities within your area. This role is integral to our account management team and requires a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell the company's products to assigned customers.
- Ensure proper implementation of planogram.
- Issue special order requests as needed.
- Collect invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
- Prepare necessary documents for call cycles or business reviews before market visits.
- Identify and report new customers within your area to the team leader.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate to the sales team leader as needed.
- Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader or accountant.
- Process return forms for defective products with supervisor approval.
- Report any unmanageable issues or objections to the team leader.
