Join NAPCO as a Sales Executive!
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of the company’s products to assigned customers, while providing invaluable feedback on competition activities within your area. This role is integral to our account management team and requires a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell the company's products to assigned customers.
  • Ensure proper implementation of planogram.
  • Issue special order requests as needed.
  • Collect invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
  • Prepare necessary documents for call cycles or business reviews before market visits.
  • Identify and report new customers within your area to the team leader.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate to the sales team leader as needed.
  • Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader or accountant.
  • Process return forms for defective products with supervisor approval.
  • Report any unmanageable issues or objections to the team leader.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
