In this pivotal role, you will be a key player within the Saudi Maintenance and Supply Chain Management Company (SMSCMC), a BAE Systems majority-owned joint venture.

Job Purpose:
At BAE Systems, we are the UK's Prime Contractor, dedicated to maintaining the Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft and training personnel in a secure environment. We are committed to supporting the Saudi National Agenda by enhancing local capabilities and fostering industrial growth.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor functional teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Support SALAM fleet operations and ensure compliance with contractual deliverables.
  • Develop and implement supply chain processes, performance measures, and metrics.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and environmental legislation relevant to Saudi laws.

Recruitment Specification:
We seek candidates with:
  • Demonstrable leadership experience in Aerospace Supply and Logistics.
  • Proven knowledge of Supply Chain accounting principles and systems.
  • Effective team management skills and a track record in meeting strict deadlines.
