The Eastern Construction Company is looking for an experienced professional to join the technical support team. This position will enhance our services and ensure the proper performance of the devices and technologies that the company relies on.

Work Location:
Your duties will be in the cities of Jeddah, Abha, Najran, and Taif.

Main Responsibilities:

• Documenting devices and their accessories and recording daily issues.
• Performing regular and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Providing answers to questions related to device issues and directing users to the right departments when needed.
• Ensuring the systems are ready and equipped with the necessary programs.
• Preparing technical reports and developing work methods using modern technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in technical support, programming and computer science, information technology, information systems, or network engineering technology.
• Practical experience of not less than two years in the field.

Required Skills:

• Machine maintenance.
• Installing and maintaining computers.
• Testing systems and finding solutions to problems.
• Assisting customers and responding to their inquiries.
