We are looking for a dynamic and qualified person to meet our customers' needs by selling tickets. You have the opportunity to work in a flexible environment where you can enhance your customer service and sales skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet customer desires and assist them in choosing the optimal tickets.
  • Count funds and register them in the cash register at the beginning of each shift.
  • Ensure sufficient availability of tickets.
  • Receive payments in cash or by credit cards.
  • Provide support to customers when purchasing tickets.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or tourism management.
  • At least one year of practical experience.

Job Summary

  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and resilience.
  • Customer focus, objective, and productivity-oriented.
  • Tools: SAP, Microsoft Office, Teams, Power BI and CRM.
