Join our team as a maintenance supervisor at Shelfah Facilities Management Company.

This position is a great opportunity to contribute to maintaining the efficiency and quality of maintenance operations by managing and supervising the team. Your role will be vital to ensure that all activities run smoothly and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a plan and work program to follow up on determining the type and nature of maintenance.
  • Distribute tasks to the team based on their capabilities and monitor their performance.
  • Evaluate the training needs of maintenance team members and develop their skills.
  • Prepare preventive maintenance programs and monitor their implementation.
  • Classify, organize, and document the results and reports of work.

Required Qualifications:

  • A diploma of two years after high school in construction electricity.
  • Experience in machine maintenance and maintenance planning systems.
  • Proficiency in supervision and technical guidance, as well as in preparing reports and forecasts.
  • Advanced skills in preventive maintenance of devices.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
