Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and innovative environment? Barns, a leading company in the food and beverage industry with over 600 branches across Saudi Arabia, is looking for a motivated Financial Analysis Specialist to manage daily cash operations effectively.

Job Purpose:
To manage daily cash operations including the collection, disbursement, and safe transfer of funds, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting in line with company procedures and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Collection and Delivery: Receive daily cash collections from company branches and securely handover cash to the authorized cash-in-transit company.
  • Petty Cash & Cheque Management: Process disbursement of petty cash and custodian advance cheques; deposit received cheques into the company’s bank accounts in a timely manner.
  • Bank Transactions: Deliver and collect official documents to and from the bank as required and maintain clear records of all bank correspondences.
  • Cash Inventory: Conduct regular physical counts of the cash box and prepare accurate cash inventory reports as per schedule.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all cash and cheque transactions are recorded and reconciled, maintaining documentation in compliance with internal audit and financial policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in cash handling or treasury operations.
  • Familiarity with basic banking procedures and financial controls.
  • High attention to detail, trustworthiness, and integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
