360 Car Maintenance is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team in Al Khobar, Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing the customer experience from vehicle reception through to delivery, ensuring clear communication and efficient service coordination.

Role Summary

The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for customers, combining automotive knowledge with strong communication skills to facilitate vehicle service and repair. The role involves understanding customer needs, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their concerns, and accurately record service requests.
• Open job cards and document vehicle details, including mileage, condition, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with technicians to explain inspection findings and recommended repairs to customers.
• Prepare quotations, explain costs and estimated completion times, and obtain customer approval before work begins.
• Coordinate with the workshop, spare parts team, and cashier to ensure job progression.
• Update customers on repair status, additional findings, and any changes to cost or delivery time.
• Confirm quality checks are completed before vehicle handover.
• Explain completed work, invoices, warranty terms, and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Follow up after service, handle concerns professionally, and maintain accurate records in the workshop system.
• Achieve agreed service sales and customer satisfaction targets through suitable recommendations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple language.
• Confidence using workshop management systems and basic computer applications.
• Experience with American vehicles is an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, within a car maintenance workshop setting. The role requires direct interaction with customers and coordination with various internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
