Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Prior retail or supervisory experience and a college degree are required.
  • Managerial knowledge and experience is essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Ensure all store employees adhere to the company's customer service philosophy and handle complaints promptly.
  • Sales Performance: Maximize sales performance through optimal store setup and collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • Employee Supervision: Promote an open-door policy, provide supervision, and communicate expectations to the operations team.
  • Merchandise Maintenance: Ensure compliance with all merchandising programs and proper display on the sales floor.
  • Operational: Monitor operational programs and corporate audit scores, suggest ways to reduce expenses, and manage inventory counts effectively.
