Job Description
As a Sales Manager, drive revenue growth by crafting tailored sales strategies based on comprehensive market analysis, engaging in proactive prospecting to expand the client base and fostering enduring relationships. Showcase polished presentation skills at industry events, execute sales calls in alignment with the sales plan, and coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to develop marketing initiatives, oversee wholesale contract adjustments, and promotional activities. Upholding exemplary service standards ensures client satisfaction and achieves sales objectives on monthly, quarterly, and yearly timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development and Analysis: Develop a sales strategy for the leisure and groups market segment and plan by analyzing historical, current, and future hotel/market trends. Recommend and coordinate deployment of any necessary promotions and collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Sales Execution and Communication: Create selling strategies to capture maximum revenue, solicit new business opportunities, and conduct sales calls as indicated by the Sales Plan.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare weekly or monthly activity and production reports and maintain accounts, contacts, and business details within appropriate software applications.
