Join Our Team as a Maintenance Supervisor!
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at مكتب الخزنة العقارية للعقار in Yanbu Al Bahr. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of maintenance activities to ensure efficient operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare work plans and programs for maintenance activities.
  • Monitor the procedures to determine the type and nature of required maintenance.
  • Distribute tasks to the maintenance team based on their capabilities and evaluate their performance.
  • Design training programs to enhance team skills and recommend specialized training as necessary.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure adherence to procedures.
  • Document results and maintain records of work reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Skills in instrument maintenance, supervisory roles, and knowledge of maintenance planning systems.
