At شركه مشاتل العاصمه الحديثه, we are looking for a dedicated Purchasing Representative to manage all procurement activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and verify purchase requests in accordance with procurement regulations.
• Conduct direct purchasing of materials and goods as per organizational policies.
• Prepare tenders, distribute them, collect supplier offers, form evaluation teams, and scrutinize results.
• Receive purchased goods, matching quantities and specifications, and validate financial claims.
• Prepare, document, and securely store reports on procurement activities.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a relevant field.
Qualifications: High School Diploma. Certifications in Project Management (PMI), Vehicle Damage Assessment, Professional Salesman Certificate (CAME - PSC), and Professional Marketing Management (CMMP) are preferred.
Skills Required: Proficient in logistics, product specifications, safety verification, procurement policies, and documentation. Strong reporting and forecasting abilities.

• Direct clients to the appropriate staff member and communicate their needs effectively.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, or transfer them to the relevant personnel.
• Conduct internal communications to gather necessary information.
• Arrange meeting appointments and maintain records of visitors and clients.
• Adhere to procedural manuals and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or Executive Secretarial Studies.
• 2 years of relevant experience.

• Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE 2003)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• HR Training Certifications (HRD, HRMP, HRBP)
• Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi)
• Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP)
