Advanced Circular Materials Company (ACMC) is a joint venture formed by Shell & AMG Recycling and United Company for Industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company aims to establish a state-of-the-art refinery waste metals recycling facility, known as a "Supercenter," at the Jubail Industrial Complex. This facility will process spent catalyst and gasification ash from oil refineries, particularly from the Jazan refining complex, to produce high-purity vanadium products like ferrovanadium for steel alloying and vanadium oxide for large-scale energy storage technologies and vanadium batteries. The project's goal is to transform oil refinery waste into valuable domestic resources and provide a circular solution for metal reclamation.
