Modern Commercial Agencies began in 1976, producing aggregate materials from the Briman quarry in Jeddah. With the growth of vital projects in Saudi Arabia, the company expanded its quarry operations, increased production, and formed strategic partnerships with major contracting companies across the Kingdom. By 2012, daily production reached approximately 30,000 tons of various aggregate materials, further increasing to 45,000 tons per day in 2014, meeting the highest American and European specifications. This expansion included opening new quarries in Makkah, Rabigh, Wadi Al-Fara, and Madinah, in addition to the main site in Briman, Jeddah. Crushers were also established to supply materials for the Haramain High-Speed Railway. All sites are equipped with necessary machinery, vehicles, and high-level maintenance workshops to ensure continuous production and daily periodic maintenance, alongside providing suitable accommodation for employees. This led to the company's accreditation by consulting offices as a primary supplier of materials for all major development projects in the Western Region.
