About the Role

Mahr Holding is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with practical experience and leadership skills to ensure service quality, achieve operational efficiency, and manage both local and international procurement and supply operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all daily restaurant operations.
• Lead the work team, prepare shift schedules, and evaluate performance.
• Train employees to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Ensure food quality and efficient order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory, purchases, and implement waste reduction strategies.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Oversee the supply and import of products and materials, including tracking shipping and customs clearance.
• Monitor operating, material, and labor costs.
• Track sales and performance indicators, and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and health requirements.
• Professionally handle customer feedback and complaints.
• Develop initiatives to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, including supervisory or managerial roles.
• Proven experience in procurement and managing relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, cost control, and general restaurant operations.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and preparing operational reports.
• Flexibility in working hours and shifts is required.
• Experience in a specific restaurant type or cuisine is considered an advantage.
