The Role of Senior Personnel Technician

Almarai is seeking a Senior Personnel Technician to join its team. This full-time role involves performing a wide variety of personnel and administrative tasks under the direction of the Regional Personnel Manager. The primary focus is on processing and maintaining personnel-related documents to support the Payroll Function, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments in compliance with established policies and procedures. This position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and maintain personnel-related documents accurately.
• Support the Payroll Function to ensure timely and accurate employee payments.
• Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures in all personnel tasks.
• Gather, analyze, and act upon relevant information in a timely manner.
• Respond to questions or complaints from employees regarding personnel matters.
• Research and resolve personnel-related discrepancies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of increasingly responsible personnel job experience.

Required Skills

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in a variety of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• Ability to analyze information and take appropriate action efficiently.
• Effective communication skills to address employee inquiries and concerns.
• Problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
