Contract duration: One year

• Organizing the agenda and daily appointments.
• Coordinating meetings and events and providing logistical support.
• Preparing and distributing reports and official correspondence.
• Receiving calls and handling inquiries professionally.
• Organizing and maintaining files and documents in an orderly and secure manner.
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure workflow.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of secretarial work.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information accurately and responsibly.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a changing work environment.

• Preparing statements of amounts due from parties and collecting them according to policies and procedures.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to collect cash amounts and respond to their inquiries.
• Recording the collected amounts and continuously updating the statements.
• Implementing instructions related to the confidentiality of financial transactions.
• Keeping paper copies of receipts and documents according to established policies.

• Practical experience of not less than 4 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration, or Law.
• Membership in the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) is preferred.

• Salary between 5000 to 6000 Saudi Riyals.
• Six working days per week.
