Data Analyst

About the Role

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib (HMG) is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. This permanent position involves applying data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from information, identifying various facts and trends. The Data Analyst will collaborate with department heads and staff to generate reports that offer valuable insights across all business areas, supporting continuous improvements in current practices, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis using statistical techniques, ensuring accuracy of results.
• Prepare queries to obtain research data sets from complex databases.
• Serve as a resource for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Research and analyze information utilizing multiple databases and create comprehensive reports of data and findings.
• Play a central role in managing the incident/feedback management process, including providing support and advice as needed.
• Prepare and submit various reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
• Contribute to enriching the patient experience with compassion, respect, and dignity.
• Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field is required.
